The project is aimed at a detailed evaluation of the causes contributing to traffic congestion and road accidents on the major arterials in Karachi. In addition to the detailed investigation of causes, comprehensive improvement plans will also be developed and implemented through a forum of stakeholders consisting of relevant government officials. The detailed evaluation reports will help the government authorities to implement the improvements for reducing traffic congestion and improving road safety.
